New and second-user systems come with a 12 Month warranty and are guaranteed eligible for Sun Maintenance.
Second-hand systems are covered by a 30 day warranty.
The distinction that we make between second-user and second-hand is that a second-user system will be delivered to you in the
same new-in-the-box condition that it was shipped from Sun, where as a second-hand system will have already been owned and used.
