- Thin-client, browser-based access to remote legacy applications
This key functionality has established the Netilla platform as the only fully integrated SSL VPN appliance that meets the demand for secure, cost-effective access to legacy, non-web enabled applications from any remote computer, through the simplicity of a Web
browser.
- Secure intranet access to Web-based applications and portals
With this feature, remote users can be granted secure access to internal Web-based applications, without exposing non-hardened Web servers to outside attack. Netilla employs a powerful translation engine that rewrites all Web data coming from the Web server,
hiding the internal network structure from unauthorized users. Plus, as part of the Netilla SecureRealm Framework, administrators can enforce granular policy control over user access down to the Web server, directory, and file level.
- Desktop access for client/server applications over SSL tunneling
Users who need to work off-line on their local PC-based applications – such as Outlook, CRM, sales tools or productivity applications – can update their files and exchange data with our browser-based, secure SSL tunnel. This gives users the full functionality of
their desktop applications while ensuring timely updates to remain “in sync” with centrally hosted data.
